CJ Marine Consultants has significant expertise in claims and recovery services for port and terminal operators.
Our services include risk management, management of policy disputes and recovery from third parties, in particular vessels involved in dock damage or other damage to fixed and floating objects, including ship handling and other port equipment.
Our experienced team can also assist port and terminal operators in the defence and/or mitigation of claims arising from employer negligence, such as damage to ship’s hulls or equipment (DTH) arising from negligent stevedore operations.
